As Project Manager for Hells Cabaret, I oversaw the planning and execution of this exclusive, immersive 21+ burlesque and variety show. Held at HellsGate Haunted House, the event offered guests a one-of-a-kind speakeasy-style experience. Attendees began their evening with a thrilling walk through a portion of HellsGates haunted trail, where themed actors entertained and guided them toward the porch of Moorestone Manor, the facade of HellsGate Haunted House. Once checked in with our ghoulish security staff, guest made the adventure through the halls of HellsGate until reaching the event space.

Once inside the event space, guests enjoyed a fully themed bar and pre-show live musical performances. When show time began, guest got to experience a night filled with two burlesque acts, a belly dancer, and a magician.

Key highlights of the event included:

  • Immersive Guest Journey: Managed the flow of traffic with actors stationed on the trail and within the house to enhance the storytelling experience.

  • Creative Coordination: Designed and managed the setup for a speakeasy environment, including staging, lighting, and decor.

  • Team Leadership: Coordinated a multidisciplinary team of production staff, performers, technical crew, and support staff to deliver a seamless event.

  • Themed Entertainment: Collaborated with performers to deliver a diverse and engaging show that blended elegance and eccentricity.

This event exemplified my ability to combine logistical planning, creative vision, and team management to bring a unique experience to life. The project successfully utilized existing resources and strengthened audience engagement while providing a platform for artists to showcase their talents.
